How to Place an Order and the Delivery Process


Items ordered via our online shop  are processed using a Paypal checkout system. We do not see your card details. You don't have to have a Paypal account to make purchases, just a valid debit/credit card.

I you wish to order items directly by debit/credit card please email us at  info@abbeyceramics  or telephone us on 01890 883160 or  07765320735  and place an order, giving product details. 


How to Order Using Checkout System.

1. Choose your item(s)

2. Click on 'add to cart' button

3. This will take you to your shopping cart.  You then have the option to proceed to the checkout or continue shopping.

4. When you have finished shopping click on the Paypal checkout button and this will take you to Paypal's checkout system where you should follow the online instructions.

5. You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal once payment has been accepted.  We shall also send you an order confirmation email advising you when your item/s will be dispatched.

6.  Your order will be dispatched within the delivery timescale ( see 'Postage & Delivery ).  If  an item is unavailable we shall advise you in the conformation email when your order will be ready.

Postage & Delivery

We will endeavour to respond to your order/enquiry within 24hrs.   Postage and Packing are included in the price (UK only).   Smaller orders will be sent by Royal mail.  Larger orders will be sent by carrier. If all items are in stock you should receive your order within 3 to 7 days.  Otherwise we will advise you of a delivery timescale. 

If you place an order with multiple items you may be entitled to a refund on delivery

If you wish to collect from our shop you will receive a full refund on delivery.


All  ceramic items are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap followed by paper before being packed in a cardboard box.  Artwork and cards are packaged in jiffy bags with reinforcement card where necessary.
